Key responsibilities:
- Supporting/leading mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and investments in the healthcare sector
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, and legal disclosures
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary agreements
- General corporate work including restructurings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, LLP agreements
- Business development and client research
