Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hours per week)

Role Overview:

The Real Estate Finance Team in Manchester is looking to recruit a motivated and driven paralegal to support the team in all aspects of secured lending, including mortgages and debentures, refinancings and restructurings, revolving credit facilities, syndicates, forward funding and sale agreements, property aspects of corporate funding arrangements, and ownership and funding structures for property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support solicitors, partners and other team members with their workload
  • Draft various advices and correspondence to clients
  • Review files
  • Manage financial administration related to the sale and purchase of properties
  • Provide administrative support to all users of the service as required
  • Work as part of a team dealing with high‑net‑worth clients
