Hill Dickinson LLP is seeking a qualified solicitor to join their Real Estate practice in London as an Associate or Senior Associate. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their profile, practice, and skills with the full support of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on matters including acquisitions and disposals of investment property, negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant documents, acquisition of sites for development and investment, and supervising junior colleagues on property portfolio management.
- Reviewing, reporting, and advising on title matters and coordinating other teams within the firm on real estate transactions.
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property and Landlord and Tenant law.
- Demonstrable experience in some areas listed in the job description.
- Willingness and aptitude to build on already strong knowledge and skills in all areas outlined in the job description.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
