The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hours per week). Happy to talk flexible working.

Location: Liverpool (will be expected to attend other UK offices).

Role Overview: Reporting to the UK Operations Manager, and in conjunction with the wider Operations team, the Operations Lead - Security & Health & Safety role is responsible for delivering comprehensive Security and Health & Safety services across all office locations. The position supports the development and implementation of firm-wide policies, ensures compliance with relevant legislation, and contributes to operational excellence through administrative support, project involvement, and space management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure CCTV and access control systems are fully operational, working closely with vendors and onsite contacts.
  • Manage the access card system for new starters, leavers, and internal movements.
  • Maintain Security records and documentation in line with legislative requirements.
  • Maintain and update office floor plans and associated documentation using CAD, Adobe, and Excel.
  • Support space planning initiatives and ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Maintain H&S records and documentation in line with legislative requirements.
  • Support ISO audits and ensure the upkeep of compliance documents, permits, and assessments.
  • Coordinate and complete DSE and pregnant worker assessments.
  • Administer H&S training, inductions, and formal record keeping.
  • Investigate workplace accidents and maintain incident records.
  • Replenish H&S supplies and manage firm-wide inventory records.
  • Maintain and review lists of first aiders and fire marshals, ensuring monthly checks are completed in accordance with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • Act as the point of contact for fire drills and evacuations, liaising with landlords and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the wider Operations team as required.
  • Manage supplier contracts and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Process invoices and support procurement activities.
