A Domestic Assistant will:
- Carry out all of their duties to ensure that we always provide a high level of cleanliness.
- Understand the cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations in the home along with the equipment and the properties of cleaning materials required to fulfil the tasks.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, residents' families and visitors.
- Help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value.
- Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
- Provide the best possible service to the residents in our care.
- Enjoy communication and work well with others in a changing environment.
