As a Domestic Assistant you are the key to the hygienic and safe environment in which our residents live. You enjoy maintaining a pristine environment for the comfort and safety of our residents, visitors and staff. An important part of our team who ensures residents in our care feel valued and appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all duties to ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the home.
- Understand cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations and use appropriate equipment and materials.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, staff, families and visitors.
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and sense of value.
- Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
- Show a caring nature and a positive attitude to deliver the best possible service to residents.
- Work well as a team player, communicating, providing energy and hard work needed for a changing environment.
