The roles are home-based with regional travel across the North and South regions of the UK, 30 hours per week, paid at £15.00 per hour. You will own vacancies from posting to offer, supporting safer recruitment checks and candidate experience.
As part of the People Team, you’ll build strong relationships with Home Managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process and alignment with CARE values.
