Hilbre High School is seeking an enthusiastic SEN support assistant to work under the guidance of the SENCO. The role involves assisting with agreed work and care programmes for individuals or groups, supporting mainstream teachers in planning, resources use, and maintaining student focus.
You will provide one-to-one support for high needs students when required, helping with behaviour and task completion, in and out of the classroom. A friendly, developmental environment is offered.
