The Technical Trainer plays a pivotal role in the training function to ensure the best application of technical training is delivered to Hikvision customers - distribution channel partners. The job holder is also expected to ensure Hikvision's reputation and business performance are healthy so that it helps the business grow sustainably.
Main Responsibilities:- Work with the training assistant to schedule training sessions, organize IT and other equipment, and manage course enrolment.
- Deliver training sessions on the subjects of HCSA-CCTV, HCSA-Hik-ProConnect, HCSP, HCSA-VMS (HikCentral), HCSA-Non Video, iVMS4200.
- Assist in designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the company's needs.
- Maintain the training and development programmes and manuals to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
- Work closely with HQ training team and local product management team to further develop new relevant knowledge and skills based on the market and the company's products and solutions.
- Deliver and support demonstrations, training, exhibitions or roadshows related to Hikvision products and solutions.
- Has experience delivering presentations and training to a small or large group of people.
- Analogue CCTV system design skills, knowledge and experience - desirable for existing systems and migration.
- IT network design skills, knowledge and experience.
- IP CCTV system design skills, knowledge and experience.
- Desirable for technical knowledge of Hikvision products and solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
