Human Resources Specialist at Hikvision UK & Ireland. The Business Development Manager will be a strong networker and a proven salesperson in sourcing new business / developing existing customers, and must be experienced in the electronic security market. The job holder will work with integrators, end-users, specifiers, and distribution partners to enhance Hikvision's reputation and ensure healthy sustained growth.
Responsibilities
- Promote Hikvision products and services to new business partners and develop existing clients in Scotland, including systems integrators, installers and end users.
- Follow up new business opportunities and arrange meetings with business partners.
- Plan and prepare presentations to business partners and other interested parties.
- Communicate product features, benefits and developments to business partners.
- Engage with business partners to introduce the Hikvision Value Added Solution Partnership Program and obtain their approval to actively engage in the program.
- Actively encourage the specification of systems to include Hikvision products and solutions.
- Provide management with feedback based on requirements of current and future Hikvision products and solutions.
- Assist with the development of market strategies for Hikvision products and solutions.
- Actively support marketing events and attend exhibitions related to Hikvision products and solutions.
- Work closely with branded product distribution partners to fulfill business partners’ requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely reports in support of your role or for management requirements.
- Deliver product and commercial education and training in collaboration with business partners.
