Location: Based in Lincoln (30% travel across EU required)
Main Responsibilities:
- Support various tasks for AGV/AMR products. Maintain the robotics showroom and test room to ensure they are state-of-the-art for product demonstrations, customer visits, and internal testing.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to Europe technical issues, leveraging the expertise of professional technical engineers to benefit our European clients.
- Ensure smooth product operation through proactive support and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to streamline technical support processes.
- Create product materials to enhance customer understanding and usability. Participate in the development of local European projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Background: Open to all majors, but candidates with a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) background are preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Schedule: Full-time interns are preferred, offering the opportunity to fully immerse in the role and gain comprehensive experience.
