Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling & conducting interviews
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Support L&D Activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR.
- Support in employees engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, PBI )
