Description:

We are looking for a talented Trainee, Facilities & Utilities to join us. Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on daily engineering inspections and monitoring activities for utilities and facility systems.
  • Ensure the proper operation and performance of the Building Management System (BMS), Water Treatment Unit (WTU), HVAC systems, and other engineering and quality-related systems.
  • Prepare maintenance work orders for engineering activities and ensure their timely and compliant closure in accordance with pharmaceutical quality standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal systems for all engineering-related activities.
  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of engineering projects.
  • Prepare and update AutoCAD layouts in compliance with Change Control requirements and as needed to support engineering project proposals.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of equipment qualification protocols and reports.
  • Coordinate and follow up with contractors and service providers to ensure engineering activities are completed in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments through meetings, verbal discussions, and written correspondence to facilitate coordination, issue resolution, and project follow-up.
  • Ensure the implementation and tracking of training programs for all engineering personnel in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Monitor engineering spare parts inventory within the warehouse, ensuring adequate stock availability, proper identification, and accurate coding.
  • Follow up on the preventive maintenance and calibration schedules and contribute to implementing the activities.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, high GBA is a plus.
  • 0 - 1 years of related quality experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Good English language skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant soft skills.
