Strong stakeholder management, comfortable partnering with finance, corporate development and external advisors.
Experience managing external advisors and internal stakeholders.
Experience handling various types of HMRC audits.
Experience supporting M&A transactions, including tax due diligence and structuring, is an advantage.
Exposure to European and US tax matters, ideally in a business development, planning or advisory context is an advantage.
Experience contributing to strategic tax planning and group-wide initiatives.
Strong Excel skills. Experience with tax provision software (OneSource Tax Provision, "OTP") for local provisions and consolidating actuals and forecasts.
Familiarity with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g.
