Hike is seeking a business generalist to join as an operations lead, reporting to the Chief of Staff. You’ll start by systems, suppliers, the office, onboarding, and documenting processes that aren’t written yet.
As the team grows, you’ll own operations end-to-end, shape scalable processes, coordinate with accountants and lawyers, and advise the Founder on practical options with concise recommendations.
