Denchi Group, a leading supplier of high-reliability battery systems, is looking to strengthen its team through the appointment of a Graduate Electronics Engineer. Over a three-year period, you will work on real-world, high-performance electronic and battery-powered systems, with opportunities to build your skills across a range of departments. You will be supported by experienced engineers and will contribute to the design, development, testing, and validation of innovative electronic solutions.
Key functions
- Assist in the design and development of electronic circuits and systems (analogue, digital, and power electronics)
- Support battery management system (BMS) development and testing
- Contribute to schematic capture and PCB layout activities
- Participate in prototype assembly, testing, and debugging
- Conduct basic simulations and analysis under supervision
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation (reports, test procedures, design records)
- Support verification and validation testing of products
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement activities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree (BEng/MEng) in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- Fundamental understanding of electronic principles (analogue and digital circuits)
- Basic knowledge of PCB design and electronic CAD tools
- Familiarity with standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
- Understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers (academic or project-based)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop in a professional engineering environment
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Academic or project experience in battery systems or power electronics
- Exposure to PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, KiCad, OrCAD)
- Basic programming experience (C/C++ or Python)
- Knowledge of electronic testing and debugging techniques
- Understanding of industry standards and engineering best practices
