We're looking for a Social Value Co-ordinator to join our friendly team based in either Fort William or Oban. In this rewarding role, you will co-ordinate the delivery of meaningful social value initiatives across our Highlands and Argyll and Bute contracts, whilst supporting our wider ESG strategy.

Working within our ESG team, your day‑to‑day role will include:

  • Driving the timely delivery of our social value commitments and targets
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are place‑based and appropriate
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress and impact
  • Championing awareness and best practice
  • Supporting our sustainability and carbon net zero team with evidencing and implementation of our sustainability strategy.
