We are looking for a Property Manager to help run the day‑to‑day operations of our rapidly growing holiday rental management business, currently managing 40+ properties across Oban and the surrounding area. This is a varied and hands‑on role where you will ensure properties are well‑maintained and guests have a great experience. You will work closely with property owners, cleaning teams and local trades to keep properties operating smoothly. You will also play an important role in guest communication, property onboarding, and maintaining high operational standards across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day operations across a portfolio of holiday rental properties
- Communicating with guests before and during their stay
- Coordinating cleaning teams and ensuring properties meet high standards
- Liaising with maintenance contractors and resolving property issues
