We are seeking Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. With over 20 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing batteries from our base in Thurso, Scotland, we proudly serve blue chip customers in defence, security, aerospace, oil and gas, and renewables markets. We are entering a new phase of growth and we need exceptional talent to grow alongside us.
Key Responsibilities:
The Production Operative will be responsible for:
- Assembly of Battery Packs
- Operation of Manufacturing equipment
- Soldering
- Packing and stocktaking of products and materials
Requirements:
To be considered suitable for the Production Operative role, you should be able to demonstrate the following aspects:
- Strong practical skills
- Understanding of quality control procedures
- Ability to work within defined timescales
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Basic numeracy
- Flexible attitude
Experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial but not essential as on-the-job training will be given. Excellent written and verbal communication is a pre-requisite.
Working Hours and Benefits:
Full-time standard hours of work Monday-Friday 7am – 3pm. In this role, you will benefit from:
