We are looking for a proactive and motivated development manager to play a key role in supporting communities across the Highlands and Islands to take ownership of land and buildings that matter to them. Working as part of our Community Assets Team, you will provide practical advice and guidance to community bodies, assess and progress funding applications in line with governance and due diligence requirements, and contribute to the delivery of the Scottish Land Fund.
You will build trusted relationships with partners and colleagues, stay informed on relevant policy, legislation and funding opportunities, and help demonstrate the social, economic and environmental impact of community asset ownership.
