We are recruiting for a paralegal for our Residential Property, Housebuilder & Estate Agency team in the Inverness practice. We are looking for an experienced paralegal who can deal with a wide variety of tasks including assisting lawyers with title due diligence, preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges, ordering all relevant searches, preparing Land Registration application forms, submitting deeds for registration and preparing LBTT submissions. You will have the opportunity to handle all aspects of a transaction from start to finish within your own caseload.
