Lochaber Accommodation Services are seeking two enthusiastic and organised Guest Relations Team Members to support the smooth day-to-day running of our serviced holiday let accommodation operations. Based at our Lochiel Villa office, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a guest-focused environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. The successful candidates will oversee a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring guests receive a high standard of care and that internal processes run efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a part-time position of 16 hours per week, typically worked across 3–4 days, with a requirement to work two weekends per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day communications with guests, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the guest journey
  • Processing guest payments accurately
  • Programming key cards and preparing guest arrivals
  • Setting up the meeting and function room as required
  • Conducting weekly fire alarm testing and recording checks
  • Supporting general administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Assisting with on-site coordination and problem-solving as needed

On-Call Requirement

This role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule. The successful candidate will be on call for one week per month to respond to urgent issues or emergencies outside normal working hours. This is paid in addition to the normal salary, and full support and guidance will be provided during on-call periods.
