Lochaber Housing Association are looking for a Transformation Support Assistant to help support our Business Transformation Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and motivated individual who enjoys working with IT systems and digital tools. Lochaber Housing Association is a registered charitable housing association, with over 700 properties across Lochaber as well as a new build development programme.
Remuneration package:
- Salary scale of £27,068 - £30,610
- 35 hour working week
- Pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions
- Holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum

Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to transformation and improvement projects across the organisation.
- Maintain project logs, action trackers, risk registers, and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Follow data standards, templates, and procedures to ensure information is recorded correctly.
- Carry out bulk or manual data entry tasks as required to support system changes and improvement activity.
- Support the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications relating to change activity.
- Assist in producing clear, concise updates, reports, and briefing materials.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases relating to projects and service activity.
- Support data collection and basic reporting to inform decision-making.
- Provide cover for reception and telephone enquiries as required.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
