We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking team member to join us at Guisachan Guesthouse, a highly-rated 17-bedroom guesthouse in Fort William.
This is a varied role that could include breakfast service, housekeeping, reception duties and guest support. Every day is different, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a busy and rewarding working environment.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with breakfast service
- Housekeeping and room preparation
- Helping maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the property
- Supporting reception and guest enquiries
- Working as part of a small, friendly team
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and punctual
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Takes pride in their work
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the business
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
