Lochaber Housing Association are looking for a Transformation Support Assistant to help support our Business Transformation Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and motivated individual who enjoys working with IT systems and digital tools. Lochaber Housing Association is a registered charitable housing association, with over 700 properties across Lochaber as well as a new build development programme.

Remuneration package:

  • Salary scale of £27,068 - £30,610
  • 35 hour working week
  • Pension scheme with 5.7% employer contributions
  • Holiday entitlement of 40 days per annum

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to transformation and improvement projects across the organisation.
  • Maintain project logs, action trackers, risk registers, and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Follow data standards, templates, and procedures to ensure information is recorded correctly.
  • Carry out bulk or manual data entry tasks as required to support system changes and improvement activity.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications relating to change activity.
  • Assist in producing clear, concise updates, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases relating to projects and service activity.
  • Support data collection and basic reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Provide cover for reception and telephone enquiries as required.
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
