Section Chef / Cook required to work in a busy 4 Star Highland Inn.

  • To be responsible for a section during service.
  • Food Preparation.
  • Baking of breads & cakes / soup making / dessert making.
  • Plating of food during service.
  • Assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chef.
  • Be able to run a simple food service of soups & sandwiches during the quieter afternoon section.
  • Pot washing and cleaning as part of the team.

Available now until end of October 2026 with opportunity to return next season.
