The role leads the artist development programme and training for Hijinx artists, in collaboration with the Artistic Director, ensuring high-quality experiences for future Hijinx projects and broader creative industry opportunities.
The position is 3 days per week during maternity leave, with hybrid working from the Hijinx Office in Cardiff Bay.
