We're on the hunt for a gym manager / class instructor for a new HIIT studio in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. If you love coaching high-energy group training, know how to lead a room and are excited by the opportunity to help build a studio and community from the beginning, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coaching and motivating members through 45-minute team training sessions (HIIT, circuit, and functional training)
- Running the day-to-day of the studio — scheduling, member retention, and team leadership
- Building a genuine community people don't want to miss out on
- Driving class numbers and hitting studio growth targets
- Leading by example — energy, form, and attitude
What We're Looking For:
- A current fitness/pt with level 2 qualification (essential)
- Experience coaching group HIIT or circuit-style classes
- Understanding of social media and content creation — filming, editing, and posting
- Natural leadership — you can run a business as confidently as you run a class
- Big personality, bigger motivator
- First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
What You'll Get:
