About the Role Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with a passion for IT infrastructure and project management? Join our dynamic team as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and managing IT projects that ensure seamless office setups, relocations, and infrastructure enhancements. This role requires a hands-on, solution-focused individual who can coordinate across multiple teams, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality IT infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive project plans, tasks, and milestones, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Technical Coordination: Collaborate with IT disciplines (Network, Telecom, Desktop/Systems) and business units to gather requirements and implement solutions. Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Design cabinet elevations and manage SER room setups for office builds. Provide and scope adequate power, UPS systems, and cabling for communications cabinets and hardware. Scope out AV requirements to ensure proper infrastructure setup. Cabling & Patching: Carry out copper and fibre patching to a high standard, ensuring robust connectivity. Office Moves & Relocations: Lead the planning and implementation of office moves, ensuring seamless infrastructure transitions for both front and back-office users. Vendor Management: Liaise with data centres, cabling infrastructure providers, and third-party vendors to manage installations and ensure project success. Site Support: Conduct high-level due diligence for potential new office spaces. Organise and oversee site visits, including arranging security clearance and access for visitors and vendors. Ensure timely delivery of materials to site and maintain relevant documentation. Database Administration : Maintain the iTRACS database for accurate inventory tracking. Meeting Participation: Attend project and management meetings, providing technical support and documentation. Prepare detailed meeting minutes to ensure alignment across stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in IT project management and infrastructure coordination. Hands-on expertise in cabling, patching (copper and fibre), and infrastructure design. Strong understanding of IT disciplines, including Networks, Telecom, and Systems. Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party vendors. Experience with inventory and database tools (e.g., iTRACS) is an advantage.
