Highwood Group is looking for an Assistant Land Buyer to join our growing team in Romsey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in land acquisition and property development.
You’ll work closely with our Land Director, gaining hands‑on experience across the full land‑buying process, from site identification and appraisal through to due diligence, planning, and negotiations. This role offers real exposure to high‑quality development projects and a clear pathway for career progression.
