After a flying start we are now on the hunt for a recruitment consultant to help us take our business to the next level. Reporting directly to the founders you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and candidates across the world. This recruiter will have the autonomy to manage and grow their own client base as well as having live vacancies ready to work from day one.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process by effectively liaising with candidates and clients.
- Identify and attract top talent via our recruitment software, LinkedIn, job boards and other social channels.
- Shortlist and present qualified candidates against defined job vacancies.
- Proactively identify and obtain new business opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the recruiting world and suggest improvements to our recruitment processes.
- Manage client and candidate relationships maintaining consistent communication.
- Monitor responses to job postings and ensure all applicants receive feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, whether agency or in-house.
- Solid understanding of sourcing and recruiting tools and techniques.
- A high level of written and spoken English. Able to effectively communicate with clients and candidates whether graduate or director level.
- Social media savvy comfortable working across platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
- Polite and professional phone manner.
