Powys County Council is recruiting for a highway maintenance role based in Wales. You will work as part of a team on the highway network, including out-of-hours winter maintenance, pre-salting and patrolling trunk and county roads, often in challenging weather.
The ideal candidate has groundworks experience, plant and equipment knowledge, holds a full HGV/LGV licence category C, and can communicate effectively at all levels under pressure. Training and development opportunities are provided.
