Durham County Council is seeking an ICT Engineer (Microsoft 365) to support the Business Process Review programme and help services work more efficiently through Microsoft 365 and digital technologies. You will work with service teams across the Council, providing technical advice, training and support to maximise benefits.
This temporary role (3 years) involves identifying opportunities, testing and adoption support, and contributing to digital transformation and continuous improvement.
