Highways Magazine is recruiting for Head of Transport Strategy to lead our long-term transport vision and Local Transport Plan for York and North Yorkshire. You will work with the Mayor, authorities and operators to align policy, planning and investment with regional ambitions.

Reporting to the Director of Transport, you will translate evidence and trends into deliverable strategies, oversee decarbonisation and connectivity initiatives, and drive transformational outcomes for residents.
