Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Highways Operative / Senior Operative to join our expanding team. This is a strong opportunity to take on more responsibility, develop your skills, and progress within a growing highways maintenance business.
About the Role
You'll support the delivery of high-quality highways and surfacing works, helping maintain our standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across site operations. Key work includes:
- Road and car park line marking
- Thermoplastic and MMA applications
- Surface preparation and removal
- Surfacing and minor civils
- Traffic management
- Nationwide commercial projects
Requirements
- Experience in highways or line marking
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a site team
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
