Role Overview: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store team in our aquatics department at Highway Garden & Leisure in Norwich, Norfolk. It is essential the candidate has a basic knowledge and experience of aquatics and fishkeeping. Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Replenishing stock and maintaining well-merchandised displays
- Operating checkouts efficiently and accurately
- Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Supporting across departments as needed, with full training provided
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to support the store and your colleagues in meeting the business needs
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including heavy lifting
