  • What You’ll Do

As an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you’ll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative to deliver excellent in-store execution. Your responsibilities include:

  • Working locally, covering supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius.
  • Ensuring products are well-stocked, visible, and correctly merchandised.
  • Building strong relationships with store staff and managers to secure additional displays and stock orders.
  • Representing brands by sharing updates on new launches, promotions, and activity.
  • Maintaining store standards through shelf replenishment and the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials.
  • What We’re Looking For

You will be successful in this role if you

  • Have a passion for delivering excellence and maintaining high standards
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with store colleagues.
  • Demonstrate strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Work effectively within a wider team, particularly during larger campaigns.

Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.

  • An i OS device (i Phone or i Pad with i OS 18.0 or higher).
  • A U. K. Driving Licence – with own car, valid MOT and insurance for business use, unless applying for a role in London where use of Tf L is permitted.
