The Deputy Company Secretary and Paralegal is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the legal and finance departments. This position is integral to ensuring efficient workflow, compliance, and coordination across Highview’s company secretarial and legal operations. This is a Part-time role offered on a FTC to Permanent basis.

  • Paralegal support: Legal research, regulatory license application and submission processes.
  • Deputy Company Secretary support: Assisting RemCom with performance conditions and share allocations.
