Job Summary: The Project Administrator provides administrative and organisational support to the Project Director and Project Team to ensure smooth delivery of engineering projects. This role includes document management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Director and project team with day-to-day administration.
- Maintain project filing systems and ensure accurate document control.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and project updates.
- Arrange domestic and international travel via approved third-party providers.
- Experience arranging meetings, taking MoM, and coordinating travel.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative or project support roles (engineering or technical environment preferred).
- Diploma or qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (desirable).
- Familiarity with project documentation and reporting.
