ROLE OVERVIEW
The Scheme Manager is responsible for both the day-to-day management of the scheme and the maintenance and repair of the building, communal areas and gardens. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to emergency calls and coordinating support when needed
- Encouraging social activities and building a strong inclusive community spirit
- Overseeing communal areas and working with contractors to maintain high standards
- Carrying out planting, including seasonal bedding
- Maintaining and clearing paths and communal outdoor areas
- Improving outdoor spaces
- Keeping outdoor areas safe and presentable
- Reporting repairs and liaising with the Repairs Team and contractors
Generous Annual leave allowance of 25 days per year (excluding bank holidays), increasing by one day a year up to a maximum of 27 days subject to satisfactory performance.
