The predicted salary is between 24300 - 29700 £ per year.
The Scheme Manager is responsible for both the day-to-day management of the scheme and the maintenance and repair of the building, communal areas and gardens. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to emergency calls and coordinating support when needed.
- Encouraging social activities and building a strong inclusive community spirit.
- Overseeing communal areas and working with contractors to maintain high standards.
- Carrying out planting, including seasonal bedding.
- Maintaining and clearing paths and communal outdoor areas.
- Improving outdoor spaces.
- Keeping outdoor areas safe and presentable.
- Reporting repairs and liaising with the Repairs Team and contractors.
Generous annual leave allowance of 25 days per year (excluding bank holidays), increasing by one day a year up to a maximum of 27 days subject to satisfactory performance.
