Waking Night Project Worker

We currently have an opportunity for a Waking Night Project Worker at our scheme, Litslade Farm, a registered care home in Newton Longville, where we support adults with learning disabilities to live independently.
Base pay range
£23,532 per annum for a 35-hour per week contract
Key responsibilities
- Supporting vulnerable adults during night hours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Communicating effectively using various methods tailored to individual needs.
- Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Promoting independence and respecting the wishes of the people we support.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly while ensuring the safety of the property.
- Offering emotional support as needed.
- Responding to and documenting any crisis events that may occur during the night.
- Administering medication if required and completing household tasks.
- Providing personal care support during the night when required, ensuring the dignity, safety, and well-being of the people we support.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs.
- A team-focused mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
- A commitment to delivering excellent care and support.
- An understanding of equality, diversity, and safeguarding principles.
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – we provide full training.
- A Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle is required.
We will support your development with a structured induction, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification.
