Join our compassionate team at Alexandra Road, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping. Based in Hemel Hempstead, the scheme provides move-on accommodation within a safe, welcoming environment for adults aged 18+, where inclusion and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
We take a person-centred approach, empowering people to rebuild their confidence, secure long-term housing, and move towards independent living.
The Role
- Assess needs and create personalised support plans
- Promote independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting
- Contribute to risk assessments and ongoing support plans
- Support individuals to achieve personal goals and access opportunities, working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
About You
- Experience in care or support
- Communicate well with people from diverse backgrounds
- Confident working independently and alone; role involves lone working
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Benefits
- £16,110 per annum (22.5 hours per week)/£13.77 per hour
