Hightown is seeking a Scheme Manager for Adult Homelessness Services based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, to lead our homelessness response with compassion and focus.
The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, salary £34,320 per annum, and involves managing two support services and a dedicated team to help clients rebuild their lives in safe, inclusive environments.
You will work on rota shifts and coordinate frontline teams across Martin House and Hatfield Road sites.
