As Scheme Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the lives of the people we support and leading a committed team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating Support Workers and Waking Night Workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
  • Collaborating with social workers and external agencies to support individual outcomes.
  • Managing staff rotas, annual leave, and sickness cover to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members.
  • Providing occasional weekend cover as part of the management rota.

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident and compassionate leader with experience in social care or supported living.
  • Skilled in team management and operational coordination.
  • Proficient in IT and comfortable using digital systems.
  • A holder of a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
  • Committed to empowering people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
