As Scheme Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the lives of the people we support and leading a committed team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating Support Workers and Waking Night Workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
- Collaborating with social workers and external agencies to support individual outcomes.
- Managing staff rotas, annual leave, and sickness cover to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members.
- Providing occasional weekend cover as part of the management rota.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident and compassionate leader with experience in social care or supported living.
- Skilled in team management and operational coordination.
- Proficient in IT and comfortable using digital systems.
- A holder of a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
