Location: Sandhurst

Salary: £24,486 per annum

Hours: Full-time (36 hours per week)

Join our caring team at Arch House, a welcoming supported living home for four adults with learning disabilities. We create an inclusive, respectful environment where residents feel supported, empowered and able to live fulfilling, independent lives. The scheme is a minute's walk from the train station and has a good bus route.

The Role

  • Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
  • Support with medication, health appointments and daily living tasks
  • Help with cooking, cleaning, shopping and community activities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality support
  • Stay calm in emergencies to ensure safety and wellbeing

Working Pattern: Rolling two-week rota with shifts between 7:00am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10:00pm. Sleep-ins: Minimum one per week, paid at £52.78 per shift.

About You

  • Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
