About the Role
Join our compassionate team at Culverton Court, a supported living service for adults with mental health needs. We create an inclusive environment where individuals are respected and empowered to build independence and achieve personal goals. You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Supporting with medication
- Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessments
About You / Qualifications
Experience in care or support is essential. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (paid £52.78).
