Join our compassionate team at Culverton Court, a supported living service for adults with mental health needs. We create an inclusive environment where individuals are respected and empowered to build independence and achieve personal goals.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
- Build trusting relationships and promote wellbeing
- Follow tailored support plans and risk assessments
No experience? No problem. We will provide full training, a structured induction, and the chance to gain a recognised qualification.
About You:
You will be empathetic, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (paid Β£52.78).
Benefits:
