We currently have opportunities for a full time (37.5 hours per week) & part time (22.5 hours per week) Support Worker to join our registered care home, Litslade Farm (in Newton Longville), where we support people with learning & physical disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people live independently and with dignity. As part of the role, you will:
- Assess needs and develop personalised support plans
- Promote independence through life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect
- Follow and contribute to risk assessments and management plans
- Induct and assist in the mentoring of new staff
- Support aspirations and help individuals achieve their goals

About you

- Communicate effectively and adapt to different needs and preferences
