What You Will Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping the people we support with their day-to-day needs, including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Mealtimes and social activities
- Attending appointments and supporting health and wellbeing
- Encouraging independence through shopping, cooking, and household tasks
- Promoting confidence and life skills in a safe, respectful environment
